1. How do I pick the perfect size?

Sizes vary depending on design and the material of the pieces. A size chart is provided for your reference. You may also use the approximate weights provided to get a better comparison of your dog's perfect size. 

We'll also be glad to assist you in getting the perfect size for your dog. You may message us on Instagram or email us! 


2. My dog needs a bigger / smaller size but it's unavailable. What can I do?

You may message us and we can check the availability of the piece you want and have it for pre-order.

2. How long does order processing take?

Please give us around 1-2 days to process your order and prepare it for shipping. Should there be any delays, we will immediately contact you. 


3. It's sold out. Will you restock?

Most of our items are produced in limited editions and are therefore not restocked and reproduced. The item description shows which items are produced in limited edition.
